This interim application has been filed seeking to recall the order dated 15 October, 2025.

On 15 October, 2025 Miscellaneous Civil Application No.

365 of 2024 and Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 33 of 2025 were

disposed of after giving certain directions. The said order dated 15 October, 2025 reads as under :-

After these matters were argued for some time, both the learned Counsel, on instructions of their respective clients submit that these Applications can be disposed of with the following directions.

(I) The Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 368 of 2024 stands

allowed in terms of prayer clause (a);

(ii) The Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 33 of 2025 filed by the husband stands rejected;

(iii) The hearing of the HMP No. A-1101/2024 after being transferred to the CJSD, Palghar is expedited;

(iv) The hearing of the D. V. proceedings, being DV/37/2024 pending before the learned 2nd Jt. CJJD & JMFC, Palghar is expedited;

(v) The hearing of the HMP No. 136 of 2024 pending before the learned CJJD, Palghar is expedited;

(vi) Both the husband – Mr. Gaurang Rajendra Sharma and wife – Mrs. Parul Gaurang Sharma are hereby permitted to attend the Court proceeding through VC mode and whenever the learned Judge is of the opinion that both the parties should remain present personally, they will have to remain present personally in Court to attend the proceedings.

Having heard learned advocate for the applicant, and

considering the order which has been passed on 15 October, 2025, I

find no merit in the present interim application and hence, the same

¶37

stands dismissed .
