. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

In compliance of the Order dated 22^nd February 2024, the Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.80,00,000/-, i.e., 50 percent of the amount of Rs.1,61,35,601/- stated in the said Order. Therefore, Applicant/Original Complainant has filed this Application and prayed to withdraw the said amount of Rs.80,00,000/-.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant Mr. Edwin Anlsemose Theodore states that he has no objection for the said withdrawal.

1. Hence, the Application is allowed.

Respondent No.2 - Mrs. Margareate Teresa Gerold is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount of Rs.80,00,000/-.
