The original Petition was filed through Mr. Sopan Ram Pawar, who was holding the power of attorney on behalf of the original Petitioner Smt. Leelawati Sopan Pawar. Sopan Pawar was her husband. He has passed away on 26/02/2025. A copy of the death certificate is annexed to this application. Therefore, for continuing the Writ Petition it is necessary that the Petitioner is represented properly either by
