the Petitioner and the earlier Developer, in respect of any amounts to be received by the Petitioner from the earlier Developer.

This statement is being made in response to a request by the Learned Advocate on behalf of MHADA, who submitted that, should the Petitioner recover any amounts from the original Developer, equity would demand that the same be paid over to MHADA.

In any case, this statement that no amounts are recoverable from the earlier Developer is taken on record. Consequently, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition, which is disposed of finally.

The Petitioner raises certain operational issues on execution of a Deed of Cancellation. The Petitioner may take this up directly with MHADA, which shall consider it on merits.
