Advocate for the applicant. Perused ) Affidavit in Support, contents of which are ) self-explanatory. It is contended that the ) applicant being senior citizen of 83 years old, ) he was not keeping well, and therefore, he did ) not contact to his Advocate. It is further ) contended that for the same reasons delay of ) 248 days caused in filing present Chamber ) Order, which was not intentional. Ld. ) Advocate for the applicant made a statement ) that as on date, captioned Petition is ) uncontested. Statement is accepted. ) ) Office informed that there is delay of 248 days ) in filing present Chamber Order. Ld. Advocate ) submits that for the aforesaid reasons, delay is ) caused, which was not intentional and prays ) for condonation of the same. ) ) Considering grounds, I am of the view the ) applicant should get one opportunity to pursue ) with captioned Petition.
