Upon a copy of this order being communicated to Mr.Sheth by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner within a period of two weeks, learned Arbitrator shall file the statutory statement of disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act.

The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator on the date and place as intimated by him to obtain appropriate directions with regard to conduct of the arbitration fixing the schedule of pleadings and examination of the witnesses, if any, at the hearing.
