The facts are identical, as such, the order dated 1^st April, 2026 passed by this Court in Arbitration Appeal No.103 of 2025 along with connected Appeals would be applicable to the present matter also. Considering the same, the Arbitration Appeals are dismissed in terms of order dated 1^st April, 2026 passed by this Court in Arbitration Appeal No.103 of 2025 along with connected appeals.
