This Court vide order dated 16.10.2025 passed the following directions:-

“10. The applicant is ready to deposit the amount whichever transferred by RTGS in his account. The applicant is seeking permission to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- in this Court after his release and seeks time to arrange amount within a period of three months, hence, the case is made out to release the applicant on bail.

(vi) The applicant shall deposit the amount in this Court, which he has received from the complainant within a period of three months and failure to deposit the said amount within a stipulated period, shall cause into cancellation of bail.”

Today, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready with the Demand Draft (“DD”) of Rs. 10,00,000/- bearing DD No.000001 dated 21.01.2026 drawn in the name of Registrar, High Court of Bombay, at Nagpur along with pursis. In view of that, the applicant is permitted to deposit the said DD with the Registry of this Court.

In view of above, the order dated 16.10.2025 is complied with.
