Enlargement of the Applicant on bail on executing a PR Bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount, subject to conditions: (i) attendance at the concerned Police Station on the first Monday of every month between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. till charges are framed; (ii) attendance at the Trial Court on each and every date till conclusion of trial unless exempted by the Trial Court; (iii) deposit of passport with the concerned Police Station, if not already deposited; (iv) no leaving India without permission of the Trial Court; (v) no tampering or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or persons concerned with the case; (vi) informing latest place of residence and mobile contact number to the Court seized of the matter and the Investigating Officer immediately after release and upon any change; (vii) co-operation with the conduct of the trial; (viii) any infraction shall entail cancellation of bail.
