Learned Advocate for the respondent No.2 submits that, he was informed by the father and brother of the victim that, the victim has come to the Court. The learned Advocate made them aware about the pendency of this application and the appeal. He submits that, they left without any instructions in respect of marriage of the victim with the appellant.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that, this application for suspension of sentence was filed on the ground of marriage of the appellant with the victim. He submits that, in view of above submissions made by the learned Advocate for the respondent No.2, he would not press the application for suspension of sentence. He submits that the appeal be heard on merits finally.
