(ii) S.C.C. Nos. 5974 of 2019 and 6053 of 2019 which are

pending on the file of the JMFC, 7^th Court, Vashi and S.C.C.No. 4958 of 2019 which is pending on the file of the JMFC, 15^th Court, Vashi also stand transferred to the JMFC, 3^rd Court, Vashi, CBD Belapur for hearing and disposal in accordance with law alongwith S.C.C. No. 2916 of 2020.
