Anticipatory bail granted: in the event of arrest, the Applicant - Shakil Amir Tamboli to be released on bail in C.R. No.318 of 2025 (Indira Nagar Police Station, Nashik City) on executing a P.R. bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, subject to stringent conditions: (ii) attendance at Indira Nagar Police Station, Nashik City on 29th and 30th January 2026 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called, co-operating with the investigation; (iii) not to enter Nashik District except for reporting to Indira Nagar Police Station and attending the trial, till completion of the trial; (iv) weekly attendance at Kamathipura Police Station, Mumbai every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. till conclusion of the trial, with the Police Inspector communicating details to the Investigating Officer; (v) furnish cell phone number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and keep them updated; (vi) not to directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts so as to dissuade disclosure; (vii) not to tamper with prosecution evidence nor contact or influence the Complainant or any witness; (viii) not to leave India without prior permission of the Court.
