The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.1010/2025 registered with Police Station, Frezarpura, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 64(2)(m), 69, 351(2) and 115 (2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The contention of the applicant is that there was a love relationship between the applicant and the prosecutrix and there was consensual physical relationship between them. The applicant is a probationary police constable and there is no allegation of forcible rape against the applicant.
