disputes and differences amicably and have executed Consent Terms dated 24^th February 2025. He tendered across the bar the said Consent Terms. The

said Consent Terms are duly signed by both the Petitioners and the Authorised signatory of Respondent Nos. 8 and 10. Their signatures have

been duly identified by their respective Advocates. The letter of Authority issued by the Board of Directors of Respondent Nos. 8 and 10 in favour of Mr. Rohan Mehta, is annexed along with the said Consent Terms. The signatures of Respondent Nos. 1 to 6, being statutory Authorities are not necessary on the Consent Terms. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked “X” for identification. The undertakings mentioned in the Consent Terms by both the parties are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.
