She submitted that she will hand over a copy of the said rejection to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner during the course of the day.

In view of this, Mr Khandeparkar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petitions with liberty to challenge the said rejection Order dated 15^th April, 2024 and further consequential orders, if any, by filing fresh Petitions for the said cause of action.
