The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No.264/2025 makes a statement that he will make the Jigar S/o Pareshbhai Patel as party respondent. Leave to add party respondent in the Criminal Writ Petition No.264/2025 is granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.
