The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner essentially challenging the order dated 15^th October 2025 (impugned order) passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai (DRAT).

In the copy of the impugned order exhibited to the Writ Petition at Exhibit – G @ page No. 94, there were certain handwritten words which were illegible. However, upon downloading the impugned order from the

DRAT website, it can be seen that by the impugned order the DRAT had directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune (DRT, Pune) to expeditiously hear Securitisation Application No. 485 of 2025 preferably within a period of one month from the date of the order. The DRAT has pending hearing and final disposal of Securitisation Application No. 485 of 2025 directed the parties to maintain status quo. For ease of reference, the relevant excerpts of the impugned order, including the handwritten words are reproduced hereinbelow:

"In this view of the matter, this Tribunal directs the learned Presiding Officer, DRT, Pune to dispose the S.A. No. 485 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, preferably within a within the period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Till then parties to maintain status quo."

On perusal of the said downloaded impugned order, since the Petitioner has been protected, the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

In allowing the Writ Petition to be withdrawn, we direct the DRT, Pune to hear and dispose of the Securitisation Application No. 485 of 2025, in compliance of the order of the DRAT dated 15^th October 2025 within a period of one month from today i.e. by 9^th January 2026. The Parties are

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. Any
