1. Mr. Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. On instructions of the Petitioner, he further states that the Petitioner (father of minor child) has not paid maintenance for the child for last about 5 years. The age of the child is 8 years.

2. The learned Judge, Family Court No.5, Mumbai by order dated 10^th May 2024 passed below Exhibit-14 in Petition No. A-974 of 2019 has directed payment of Rs.5,000/- per month to the minor child as an interim maintenance and also directed that the educational expenses of minor child be paid directly to the concerned Educational Institution.

3. Mr. Singh, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in Court, makes following statements:-

(i) The arrears of maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month up to August 2025 are Rs.3,40,000/-.

(ii) An amount of Rs.1,00,000/- will be deposited in the account of the Respondent on or before 19^th August 2025 towards amount of maintenance.

(iii) The balance arrears of Rs.2,40,000/- will be paid in three equal monthly installment of Rs.80,000/- per month by depositing the same in the account of the Respondent in the following manner:-

(a) First such payment of Rs.80,000/- will be deposited in the account of the Respondent on or before 15^th September 2025.

(b) The second installment of Rs.80,000/- will be deposited in the account of the Respondent on or before 15^th October 2025.

(c) The 3^rd installment of Rs.80,000/- will be deposited in the account of the Respondent on or before 15^th November 2025.

(iv) Regularly an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month will be deposited in the account of the Respondent on or before 10^th day of each month. The maintenance for the month of September 2025, will be deposited in the account of the Respondent on or before 10^th October 2025 and for subsequent months the same will be deposited on or before 10^th day of each month.

4. All the above statements made by Mr. Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in Court, are accepted as undertakings given to the Court.
