1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is appointed w.e.f. 16^th June 2025 on 100% granted post for Shikshan Sevak. He would further submit that even a proposal for seeking approval for appointment submitted by the school management on 27^th June 2025 and yet it is not decided. He would further point out the Government Resolution whereby the mandate is created on the Education Officer to decide the proposal within 8 weeks from receipt of such proposal.

2. Mr. Mali, learned AGP would submit that the issue of Pavitra Portal is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court for further hearing.
