Deceased GEETA MOHAN PINGE, ) said to have died at Mumbai on 10.12.2022. ) Copy of death certificate is annexed to the ) Petition. For identification proof of the ) ) deceased, copy of Pan Card is annexed to the ) Petition. ) ) 2. Ms. Ankita Gala, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai, on 14.12.2021. The said Will is in English language.

Ms. Ankita Gala, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act 1956 . It is submitted that the husband of the Deceased Shri. Mohan Manjinath Pinge pre-deceased the Deceased on 31st December 1982. Copy of the death certificate is annexed as Exhibit “F" of Shri. Mohan Manjinath Pinge. The Deceased had only one daughter and had no sons. The parents of the Deceased pre-deceased the

Deceased- The parents of the husband of the Deceased also pre-deceased the Deceased. Save and except the heirs and next-of-kin mentioned in para no. 9, there are no other heirs of the Deceased.

Petitioner’s Oath is filed. Consent Affidavit of legal heir in para – 9 is on record. Affidavit of NANDITA NABAR, one of the attesting witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of service dt. 21.10.2024 and General Citation is filed. All the Affidavits are also filed online. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.
