1. Heard Mr. Sachin Kannaujiya, for the Petitioner.

2. The Petition seeks issuance of grant namely Letters of Administration in respect of property and credits of the deceased. There are two legal heirs who are sister and brother of the deceased. Sister has filed the present petition. Insofar as whereabouts of the brother are concerned, he has been served on his last known address in that regard. Bailiff’s report dated 18/03/2024 is filed. Copy of original is taken on record. Affidavit of service of dated 12/07/2024 has been filed, original of which is taken on record. Affidavit of service of citation by substituted service dated 13/08/2024 is also filed, original of which is taken on record. The brother has not presented himself

neither responded since the premises where he was residing have been demolished. The learned Advocate has also filed Administration bond, the same is also taken on record.

3. Hence, there can be no impediment in allowing the present.
