Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in the third line of para 2 of the aforesaid order, it has been inadvertently typed as :-

“In the said proceedings, in an Interim Application, maintenance of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only)per month has been

granted. As the said interim maintenance amount was not paid, the Applicant – wife has filed the recovery proceedings. The arrears as of now has gone up to Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Only) ”.

instead of
