It is the case of the Applicant that he is also a victim of the scheme floated by Siddesh Mohire and Suryakant Mohire. Mr. Mishra, the learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant, submits that the Applicant and his relatives invested a sum of Rs.1,60,00,000 in the scheme floated by the Mohire’s. He further submits that there are documents to prove that the Applicant and his relatives made such a substantial investment. The Applicant is willing to cooperate with the police and has handed over, as well as explained, the bank entries demonstrating that Rs.1,60,00,000 was invested by him and his relatives. He submits that up till now at least six times the Applicant has attended the office of the Investigating Officer.

The learned APP on instruction of the Investigating Officer submits that the Investigating Officer needs to verify whether the amount of Rs.1,60,00,000/- was actually deposited by the Applicant and his relatives. She further submits that as per instructions the Applicant had invested only a sum of Rs.36,00,000/- with the arrested Accused Siddesh Mohire and in returns Siddhe Mohire transferred of a sum of Rs. 40,47,723/- in their bank account.

It is further submits that the Applicants and his relatives actually invested a sum of Rs.12,39,506/- and in returns they received of Rs.84,00,078/- in the bank account of the Applicant.

Since there are controversies regarding the amount deposited by the Applicant and his relatives, the Applicant is directed to attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 1 March 2025, 2 March 2025, and 3 March 2025 between 11:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m. The Applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and submit as well as explain the bank entries to demonstrate the amounts invested by him and his relatives in the scheme floated by Siddesh Mohire and Suryakant Mohire.

Stand over to 10 March 2025 under the caption “ For Urgent Circulation” .

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps will be taken against the Applicant.

documents to prove that the Applicant and his relatives made such a substantial investment. The Applicant is willing to cooperate with the police and has handed over, as well as explained, the bank entries demonstrating that Rs.51,00,000 was invested by him and his relatives.

The learned APP, on instruction of the Investigating Officer, submits that the Investigating Officer needs to verify whether the amount of Rs.51,00,000/- was actually deposited by the Applicant and his relatives. She further submits that as per instructions the Applicant had invested only a sum of Rs.51,00,000/- with the arrested Accused Siddesh Mohire and in returns Siddhe Mohire transferred of a sum of Rs. 1,25,64,749/- in their bank account.

Mr. Patil, the learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant and his family invested of Rs.51,00,000/- in “Dhanyash Investment” and received a sum of Rs.1,25,64,749/- by way of transferred in their bank account.

Since there is controversies as to what was the amount deposited of the Applicant along with his relatives, the Applicant is directed to attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 1 March 2025, 2 March 2025 and 3 March 2025 between 02:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. The Applicant has cooperated with the Investigating Officer and also submit and explain the bank entries to show that the amounts invested by him
