3. This is a post-grant amendment application seeking leave to

amend Schedule of Property annexed to the Misc. Petition as also the original grant which was issued on 16.07.2024 as per the Schedule of Amendment which is appended as Exhibit "B" to the Application. There is correction in the nomenclature of the property i.e. "Plot No. 29-B" which is required to be substituted by "Plot No. 27/B".

4. Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated therein,

6. Office objections, if any, shall be removed within a period of one week from today positively. The two weeks period will commence from the date of removal of all office objections in this Interim Application.
