However, since these applications were already filed and some grievance has been raised against the interim order dated 23^rd October 2024 with a prayer for vacating the said interim order, these interim applications are allowed only to the extent that the applicants shall be arrayed as party respondents in Writ Petition No. 6746 of 2024 with a right confined to addressing the Court only on legal issues. However, it is made clear that it shall be open to the applicants to refute any allegation made against them in the writ petition.

Accordingly, Interim Application Nos. 10694 of 2025 and 326 of 2025 are allowed and disposed of.
