Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered his submissions, and also having perused the Interim Application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :

“(a) This Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to issue summons to the Respondent by way of paper publication in the English daily newspaper “Free Press Journal”, vernacular (Marathi) daily newspaper “Navshakti”.”
