Patil, J.), 20 June 2025: By consent of the parties, Review Petition No. 65 of 2025 filed by Ajit Ashok Magdum against Shridevi Ajit Magdum Alias Shridevi Mahantesh Anangdi, alongwith Interim Application No. 15866 of 2024 for condonation of delay, was disposed of on recorded terms. The husband was directed to pay the outstanding maintenance of Rs.1,50,000/- within two weeks. (i) The outstanding amount of maintenance payable

as of today, being Rs.1,50,000/-, would be paid by the petitioner/husband within a period of two weeks from today.

(ii) The petitioner/husband has already filed his affidavit of asset and liability before the Family Court, Sangli pursuant to order dated 29^th November, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No.10585 of 2023 and since the mediation process has failed between the parties. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to prefer an application before the Family Court in order to decide the interim maintenance payable in pending divorce petition. Till such time, the petitioner/husband will pay the maintenance amount at the rate of Rs.50,000/per month to respondent wife.

(iii) The respondent wife is also permitted to file her affidavit of assets and liability (if she desires), within a period of two weeks from today.
