By this application, the applicant seeks custody of the daughter – Sanchita Sachin Kalyani alias Pariniti. By way of an interim order the applicant seeks a direction to the respondent to permit him to meet his daughter – Sanchita alias Pariniti and to permit him to connect with daughter – Sanchita alias Pariniti via WhatsApp, video calls and and normal calls/phone calls.

In the first session, we interacted with the applicant and

the respondent who appeared before us through videoconferencing. The respondent stated that she has no objection to permitting the applicant to meet their daughter on three days during Diwali i.e. from 22^nd October to 24^th October 2025 for a few hours.

Accordingly, we directed the applicant to file an undertaking in view of the apprehension expressed by the respondent. Pursuant thereto, learned counsel for the applicant has tendered an affidavit of the applicant. The said affidavit reads thus:-

“1. I say and submit that I am filing this affidavit in support of my Interim Application.

I repeat, reiterate and confirm whatever stated in the Interim Application and contents of the Application may be treated as a part and parcel of this Affidavit.

I say and submit that the contents of the affidavit are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.”

As noted aforesaid, the respondent has no objection to granting access of their daughter – Sanchita alias Pariniti to the applicant for the aforesaid days as mentioned hereinabove.

Thus, by way of an interim arrangement, we allow the

applicant to meet his daughter – Sanchita alias Pariniti alongwith his family members from 22^nd October to 24^th October 2025. The applicant to pick-up the daughter – Sanchita alias Pariniti at 11:00 a.m. from the respondent’s residence and drop her to the respondent’s residence by 2:00 p.m. The applicant to take the daughter – Sanchita alias Pariniti during the aforesaid period, in the nearby vicinity where the respondent is residing.

6. Stand over to 20^th November 2025.

Needless to state that, the applicant to comply with the

judgment and order dated 14^th May 2025, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Nashik.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this
