By order dated 24th June 2025, four weeks’ time was granted to the respondents to clear the arrears of the petitioners,

failing which respondent Nos. 1 to 3 were directed to remain present today virtually.

Learned A.G.P. states that in some of the matters additional affidavit of arrears of salary amount are not received, and therefore, they are not sent to the Deputy Director of Education. He submits that, after all the petitioners have submitted their additional affidavits of arrears of salary, the same will be forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education.

We are unable to understand as to why the matters in which petitioners have already submitted their additional affidavits of arrears of salary are not forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education for processing it. Today itself, the learned A.G.P. shall forward the copies of additional affidavits of arrears of salary submitted by the petitioners, to the Deputy Director of Education.

If the arrears of salary of the petitioners as per the bill forwarded by the Education Officer are not cleared in case of the petitioners, who have already filed additional affidavits of arrears of salary as per the pay scale within two weeks from today, respondent Nos. 1 to 3 shall virtually remain present on the next date.
