Present application is filed by the

applicant/appellant praying for condonation of delay of 22 days caused in filing of the present appeal.

Present appellant/applicant seeks to challenge the impugned judgment and decree dated 03/09/2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Bhandara in petition No.A-127/2022.

Mr. Topale, learned Counsel for the respondent makes a statement that after the notice which was issued to the respondent on 27/06/2025 he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent and he will be filing his Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent, during the course of the day.

The reasons mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the present application appears to be reasonable and justifiable one, for causing the delay. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the delay of 22 days in filing the present appeal is condoned.

The civil application is disposed of.

The appeal be registered.

After registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 10/10/2025.
