The present Civil Applications are filed to condone delay of 8 days in filing the Arbitration Appeals.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the office of applicant requires administrative approval for every important decision to be taken, thus in pursuance to obtain approval for challenging the impugned order/s before appellate forum the communication was sent to the Regional Office of NHAI at Nagpur. The learned counsel for the applicant submits in the process, the delay is caused in filing the present appeals and the same is not intentional and deliberate act. Considering the said fact, the present civil applications may be allowed.

The respondent/s also not seriously objected for condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Applications, the same are allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeals be registered. Civil Applications for condonation of delay are disposed of accordingly.
