1. By way of the present Bail Application, the Applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 20 days, i.e., from 25^th November 2025 to 15^th December 2025 to attend marriage ceremony of her son namely, Jay Sunil Jain.

2. Mr. Kartik Garg, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, has placed on record invitation cards of the engagement and marriage ceremonies of the Applicant’s son.

The engagement is stated to be on 2^nd December 2025 at Mira Road, Mumbai, whereas, the marriage is to take place between 10^th and 12^th December 2025 at Bijainagar, Rajasthan. Mr. Garg submits that the Applicant is in custody since 18^th July 2025 and seeks interim bail only for the purpose of attending her son’s marriage. He further submits that Jay is the only son of the Applicant and she is required to attend his marriage ceremony.

3. Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned APP representing the State in the matter, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has verified that the marriage ceremonies of the Applicant’s son are to take place on the dates mentioned by the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant.

4. Considering that the Applicant has only one son, who is getting married in Rajasthan, I am of the view that there is no impediment in permitting the Applicant to attend the engagement as well as marriage ceremonies in Rajasthan.

5. Accordingly, the Applicant is directed to be released on interim bail from 1^st December 2025 to 15^th December 2025 to attend the marriage ceremony of her son, namely, Jay Sunil Jain on furnishing cash surety of Rs.25,000/-.

6. The Applicant shall attend the police station at Gulabpura in Bhilwara, Rajasthan on 9^th December 2025 and 13^th December 2025 at a time convenient to her and mark her attendance. She shall surrender to the Jail Authorities of Thane Central Prison, Thane, on 15^th December 2025 at 5:00 pm, without fail.

7. The Application for temporary bail is accordingly, allowed and disposed of.

8. All parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
