1. Heard Mr.Himanshu Gavit (Through VC), learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the RespondentState.

By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in crime No. 78 of 2024 registered with Panchavati Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 364, 120-B, 323, 404, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and under Sections 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act and under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

3. On 29^th July, 2025 the following order was made:-

6. In view of the above and the statement made by Mr. Himanshu Gavit learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave granted to withdraw the present Bail Application.
