1. The above Appeal challenges the order dated 13^th November 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. By the impugned order, the Interim Application filed by the Appellant (Original Plaintiff/Applicant) seeking revocation of the Caveat filed by the Respondent herein was rejected and the Interim Application was dismissed. It is not in dispute that the Caveator/Original Defendant/Respondent herein is the daughter of the deceased.

2. After the above Appeal was argued for some time, and we were not inclined to entertain it, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the above Appeal.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, the above Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
