Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel submits that the First Informant is Applicant’s sister-in-law and the FIR was lodged due to some misunderstanding. He submits that parties have filed Criminal Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 19714 of 2025 seeking quashing. He states that there are no antecedents.
