The learned APP points out that on 29 November 2024, the statement was made by the learned APP that the applicants will not be arrested in the present crime, till the next date. The order reads thus:-

"1. At the joint request of learned Counsel for the parties, stand over to 18 December 2024, to be placed along with Interim Application (St) No. 23455/2024 and Interim Application (St) No. 21711/2024.

The learned APP makes a statement that the applicants will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date."

From the above order, it is clear that no interim order was passed by this Court. The statement was made by the learned APP. Therefore, after change of roster, these applications would not lie before this Court. A reference in this context can be made to the order dated 20 June 2024, passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court (Coram : Sarang V Kotwal, J) in ABA No. 1335/2024, Cr. Bail Application No. 1409/2024 dated 25 June 2024 and ABA No. 1077/2024 with Interim Application No.1823/2024 dated 20 June 2024.
