Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in FIR the name of applicant is not mentioned. It is alleged that the accused No.1 had taken amount from the first informant and invested with the applicant. The applicant has given crypto currency to the accused No.1 which is lying in the bank account. So the applicant has no role in the said fraud.

following order.

ORDER

(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No. 595/2025 registered with Barshi City Police Station, District Solapur, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

(iii) Issue notice to the Respondent No.2, returnable on 10^th

November, 2025.

(iv) Leave is granted to add first informant as party respondent No.2. This amendment as well as earlier directions for amendment be carried out forthwith.
