In turn, Ld. Advocate Mr. Manish Kelkar is permitted to withdraw his vakalatnama from the present petition. Office is directed to take appropriate entry in the CIS and remove appearance of Mr. Manish Kelkar, Advocate for the Respondent No. 4 from the present petition. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner is directed to remove office objections within two weeks (excluding Christmas Vacation). On failure, appropriate order will be passed.
