By the order dated 29/2/2024 two weeks time was granted to the husband to deposit a sum of Rs.3,90,000/without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and if the said amount was not deposited, the writ petition filed by the petitioner- husband i.e. Writ Petition No.6641/2022 was supposed to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
3. Since the husband has failed to comply with the directions passed by this Court, Writ Petition No.6641/2022 is dismissed.
4. Place Writ Petition No.11708/2022 for further consideration on 21/6/2024 , high on board.
5. The petitioner- wife is free to take steps.
6. In sequel, Interim application in Writ Petition No.6641 of 2022, is also disposed of.
