time.

Pursuant to the declaration of the petitioner’s result on 22nd July 2023 on which date she was issued a mark-sheet, it was shown that in the subject of Administrative Law she secured fifty-three marks out of eighty in the external examination and fourteen marks out of twenty in the internal examination. The plaintiff applied for a photocopy of the answer-sheet of the said subject. In the photocopy it

has been shown that the petitioner has secured sixty-one marks out of eighty in the said subject.
3. The respondents to indicate why the marks as shown in the photocopy of the answer-sheet in the subject of Administrative Law which was supplied to the petitioner should not be indicated in her mark-sheet.
