2. Considering that this is the limited relief sought by the Petitioner, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.1 to decide the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner lodged on 13th March, 2024 (Exhibit 'C' to the Petition) by 30th July, 2024.
3. In the meanwhile and until the Revision Application is decided no precipitative steps shall be taken for recovery of the amount covered in the impugned demand dated 31st January, 2017.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
5. This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act on production by fax or email of a digitally signed copy of this order.
