2. The learned AGP appearing for all the Respondents, on instructions, has stated that pending proposals dated 25th September, 2012 and 9th June, 2014 in respect of Survey Nos.4, 6 and 9 situated at Ashta District Sangli shall be decided by Respondent No.3 on or before 30th July, 2024.
3. In light of the aforesaid statement we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing that the pending proposals dated 25th September, 2012 and 9th June, 2014 (referred to above) shall be decided by the concerned Authority on or before 30th July, 2024 and the decision of the same shall be communicated immediately thereafter to the Petitioner.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
5. Though we have disposed of the above Writ Petition, we place the same on board for reporting compliance on 5th August, 2024.
