challenge the order framing charge. Since the charge has already been framed, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to file appropriate proceedings challenging the order framing charge.
3. The writ petitions are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
4. All contentions are kept open.
5. It is made clear that the grounds raised in these writ petitions are available for the petitioners to be raised at the appropriate stage in case such proceedings are taken up.
6. The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty.
