Mr. Sehgal appearing for Petitioner seeks leave of the Court to add prayer clause, c (i) and c (ii) to the petition.

Liberty as prayed granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue Notice to Respondent returnable after three weeks. Apart from Court notice, Petitioner is permitted to serve Respondent by Advocate’s private notice.

In the meanwhile there would be an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause c (i) and c (ii).

Prayer clause c (i) and c (ii) reads as under;

c (i). direct the Telecom Service Provider M/s. Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. through the compliance officer at D7, Dhawandeep Building, 6, Jantar Mantar Road, New Delhi-110001 and M/s. Bharti Airtel Limited through the compliance officer at Airtel Centre, Tower-A, 6^th floor, Plot No.16, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurgaon-122016 (Haryana) to preserve the CDR records (both incoming and outgoing along with location details) of the mobile number +91 9373198779 (JIO) between 10^th April 2022 to the present date as well as the mobile number +91 9890628007 (Airtel) between 10^th April 2022 to the present date, as stated in the prayer clause contained at Exhibit 2 (Page 22-23) of the present petition; and

c (ii) direct the hotels mentioned in the table at paragraph 8 of Exhibit 2 (Page Number 19-20) of the present petition to preserve the original hotel bills of meal, stay, check in check out register, booking details, services availed, bookings and payment details, correspondence exchanged for bookings, CCTV Footage of reception area (including with the email IDs of the Respondent No.1 and other person (Mr. Abhijeet Shivarkar) being [email protected] and [email protected] respectively), ID proofs, along with all other related cocuments for the dates mentioned in the table at paragraph 8 of Exhibit 2 (Page Number 19-20) of the present petition; and

All parties to act on authenticated copy of this Order.
