2.By this petition, sent through the jail, the petitioner,
seeks expeditious disposal of the trial which is pending before
the learned trial court at Kalyan since the year 2016.
3.Considering the relief sought and the fact that the trial is
pending since long, the trial court is directed to decide the
case on its own merits, in accordance with the law,
expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date
of receipt of this order.
