2. By this Petition, the challenge is to the order of grant of maintenance passed by the trial Court in an Application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in the DV proceedings, a sum of Rs.17,000/- including rent was granted as maintenance to the Respondent-wife and the minor child, which aspect has not been considered by the trial Court while deciding the Application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
