1. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that
the Petitioner would tender an application to the Respondent
seeking his indulgence for regularisation of the encroachment that
has been committed by the Petitioner.
2.We would loathe to entertain a Petition wherein a
direction to regularise encroachment is sought under a Writ of
Mandamus.
3. This Petition is disposed off .

the Respondent or any Government Authority, it is for the said
