Court. The Petition was thereafter kept back to enable the Petitioner to file his Affidavit tendering his unconditional apology. In the second session, the Petitioner tendered across the bar his Affidavit dated 11th October 2024 duly affirmed before a Notary Public. Except the statements made in para No.3 of the said Affidavit, rest of the statements made by the Petitioner are accepted.
The apology tendered by the Petitioner in-person is also accepted.
23486 of 2024 does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
