In these petitions, there were directions to the Respondents to file their replies. Those directions have not been complied with till date. Therefore, we would have been justified to proceed without the replies of the Respondents.

However, learned counsel for the Respondents states that the replies would be positively filed and served by 13 December 2024 without giving any excuses. Accordingly, we extend the time for filing and serving replies by 13 December 2024.
