“2. The Petitioners have already applied through the online mode for seeking transfer under the general transfer policy. However, after lodging such applications, spouses of some of the Petitioners were transferred to particular locations and the son of Petitioner No.2 in Writ Petition No.217 of 2024 is purportedly suffering from Locomotor disability. The Petitioner in Writ Petition No.219 of 2024, is a divorcee. All of them desire to change their options and choose different locations.”
